All fees for services rendered are to be paid at the time the service is provided. Any obstetric fees not covered by insurance should be paid by the 7th month of your pregnancy. Please remember that insurance contracts are made between the patient and her insurance company, and insurance often does not provide full payment of medical costs. We are glad to help with completing and filing your insurance forms, but payment of the bill is your responsibility. We request assignment of all insurance benefits. Over payment by the insurance carrier will be refunded to you. If you are having financial difficulties, please let our staff know. No one should be without medical care and we will make every effort to help you. We encourage you to ask to speak with one of our billing specialists with any questions or concerns about your charges.
