Pam B, Phillips, WHNP (Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner), studied at East Carolina University, the Lenoir Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, and the Emory University Regional Training Center in Atlanta, GA.  She received her Ob-Gyn Nurse Practitioner Certification in 1994.
