Virginia L. (Ginny) Wade completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at East Carolina University in 2001 and worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 9 years.  During that time, she returned to school and received her Master’s in Nursing Education, teaching undergraduate nursing at ECU for 4 years. Realizing she missed taking care of and interacting with patients, she returned to ECU and received a post-Master’s Certificate in Nurse Midwifery.  She has been practicing as a certified nurse midwife since 2009. 

Ginny is married to Chuck Wade and they have 2 children. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, gardening, traveling and doing artwork.  Ginny is a compassionate certified nurse midwife, who loves what she does and enjoys caring for patients.
