Dr. Lori W. Spisak began her obstetrical career as a nurse, a certified nurse midwife, and then attended William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan to complete her training to become an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. After working four years in Saginaw as part of her National Health Service Corps assignment, she moved to Algonac, Michigan and was head of the Department of OB/GYN for the past ten years until the hospital stopped providing maternal child health care. Most recently, Dr. Spisak relocated to LaGrange to be closer to her newest grandson, Watson. Dr. Spisak is married and has four children, four step-children and eight grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, her horse and two dogs. Other activities that she finds pleasure are hiking, riding, walking, reading and learning new things. Her goal is to always provide compassionate, excellent and wholistic care to her patients in an environment that encourages growth and creativity.
