Dr. Welsh joined Wayne Women’s Clinic in 1993 after graduating from medical school and completing his Ob/Gyn training at Louisiana State University. He is married to Claire Welsh and the father of three boys. He is an avid golfer and works on the Walnut Creek Town Board.
